Hiring: Project Manager | Banking & Enterprise Technology | Malaysia
Location: Malaysia
Salary: RM 6,000 - 8,000 (Depending on experience)
Nationality: Malaysians Only
Experience: 6 - 10 Years
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead medium to large-scale technology and transformation projects in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, IT, Computer Science or a related discipline
- 6–10 years of experience in project management, preferably in banking, financial services or enterprise technology
- Proven experience managing medium to large-scale technology or transformation projects
- Strong understanding of SDLC and software delivery methodologies
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
- Strong planning, coordination and execution capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Strong risk, issue and dependency management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence or equivalent tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment
Preferred Certifications:
- PMP / PRINCE2
- Agile / Scrum certification
- SAFe certification will be an advantage
