Job Title : Project Manager – Technology / Transformation

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage medium to large-scale technology and transformation projects within an enterprise environment. The ideal candidate should have strong project delivery, stakeholder management, risk management, and planning capabilities, preferably within banking, financial services, or enterprise technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage projects from planning through successful delivery.

• Manage medium to large-scale technology and transformation projects.

• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.

• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

• Monitor project progress, deliverables, and overall execution.

• Ensure projects follow appropriate governance and delivery processes.

• Apply knowledge of SDLC and software delivery methodologies.

• Manage vendors and external partners where required.

• Facilitate stakeholder communication and project status reporting.

• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

• Identify and resolve project-related challenges through effective problem solving.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• 6–10 years of experience in project management.

• Experience in banking, financial services, or enterprise technology is preferred.

• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale technology or transformation projects.

• Strong understanding of SDLC and software delivery methodologies.

• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.

• Strong planning, coordination, and execution capabilities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Strong experience in risk, issue, and dependency management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent tools.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

• Malaysian nationality is mandatory.

Compensation

Salary: RM 6,000 – RM 8,000 per month
Final salary will depend on experience and profile.
