Education

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3)

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

Must-Have Skills

• Business Process Services (BPS)

• Pricing & Contracting

• 7–8 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Contracting

• Experience in global and client-facing environments

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

• Working knowledge of P&L, cost structures, and margin optimization

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)

• Strong understanding of pricing strategies (cost-based, value-based, and competitive pricing)

• Ability to manage multiple deals and work under tight deadlines

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and optimize pricing strategies to improve profitability and business growth.

• Support commercial deal structuring and pricing for RFQs/RFPs.

• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Contracting teams to deliver customer-centric pricing solutions.

• Perform financial analysis, margin optimization, and pricing governance.

• Ensure pricing compliance, reporting accuracy, and commercial controls.

• Provide insights through market analysis and pricing trends.
