Buyer – Strategic Sourcing & Procurement

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Buyer – Strategic Sourcing & Procurement to manage strategic sourcing, procurement activities, supplier relationships, negotiations, and contract management. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and communication skills, along with hands-on experience in sourcing tools and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage strategic sourcing and procurement activities across assigned categories.

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost and quality objectives.

• Conduct sourcing events and support supplier selection and onboarding.

• Manage contracts, supplier relationships, and procurement documentation.

• Analyze procurement data and identify cost-saving and process-improvement opportunities.

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and analysis using Microsoft Excel and Tableau.

• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, best practices, and applicable legal requirements.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolution of issues.

Must Have

• 5–8 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in sourcing tools, contract management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.

Good to Have

• CEFR English proficiency of B2 or higher; C1 preferred.

• Experience with SAP Ariba for sourcing events, contract management, and supplier collaboration.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced spreadsheet formatting.

• Advanced Tableau knowledge, including dashboard creation, filters, and workbooks for large-data analysis.

• Knowledge of procurement best practices and legal requirements.
