Job Description: 

We are looking for qualified CA/CMA freshers to join our Finance & Accounting team. The ideal candidates should have a strong understanding of accounting and finance concepts, good analytical skills, and the ability to support financial operations while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities : 

• Support day-to-day finance and accounting activities.

• Assist with financial data analysis and account reconciliations.

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

• Support the preparation and review of financial reports.

• Identify discrepancies and assist in resolving accounting issues.

• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

• Coordinate with internal teams to complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

Qualifications : 

• CA Qualified Fresher OR CMA Qualified Fresher.

• 0–1 year of experience.

• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance concepts.

• Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team.

• Willingness to relocate to Chennai.

• Must be comfortable working in US night shifts.
