Job Overview

We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher to join our Finance team as a Finance Analyst / Record-to-Report (R2R) Analyst. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of financial accounting principles, general ledger accounting, and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Record-to-Report (R2R) activities and financial accounting operations.

• Assist in general ledger accounting and maintenance of financial records.

• Perform journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.

• Support preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports.

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions and accounting records.

• Assist in balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.

• Follow accounting standards, internal controls, and financial reporting guidelines.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting-related queries.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting.

• Understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R / RTR) processes.

• Knowledge of General Ledger (GL) Accounting.

• Understanding of journal entries and account reconciliations.

• Basic knowledge of month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

• Freshly qualified CAs are encouraged to apply.

Experience

• 0–1 year of experience.

• Freshers with strong accounting fundamentals are preferred.
