What You'll Do

• Conduct web-based research on global companies, financial markets, and business information.

• Analyze and interpret financial research documents and market data.

• Build and maintain accurate databases by tagging and updating researched information in client systems.

• Research financial regulations, industry trends, and market practices.

• Validate, organize, and maintain high-quality financial data.

• Collaborate with internal teams and interact with global clients to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery.

• Prepare reports and support research projects using Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.

• Work in rotational shifts while meeting quality and productivity targets.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in Data Analysis, Financial Research, Market Research, Business Research, or related fields.

• Japanese Language Proficiency (E2 level or above) is mandatory.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English.

• Experience working with financial research documents is preferred.

• Excellent web research, analytical, and interpretation skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

• Basic understanding of supply chain or financial markets is an added advantage.
