Hiring: Data Management Specialist (L2) – Bangalore | 1–5 Years | Up to ₹9 LPA

We are hiring Data Management Specialists for a leading global organization.

Location: Bangalore
Experience: 1–5 Years
Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end customer data onboarding and integration.

• Validate, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of customer data.

• Handle high-volume data processing while meeting quality standards.

• Perform root cause analysis and resolve data-related issues.

• Monitor system performance and coordinate with support teams.

• Follow SOPs and contribute to process improvements.

• Use automation and AI-enabled tools to optimize data management.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Experience in customer data management or enterprise data operations.

• Knowledge of data governance, security, and privacy practices.

• Hands-on experience with data management platforms or SaaS applications.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

• Experience in ticket-based support environments.

Eligibility:

• 1–5 years of relevant experience.

• Willing to work from Bangalore.

• Ex-TCS employees are not eligible to apply.

• PAN and DOB are required for profile creation.
