Job title: Global Payroll Delivery Lead – ADP GlobalView

Job Description : 

We are looking for an experienced Global Payroll Delivery Lead with 14–18 years of experience in end-to-end core payroll processes across multiple countries. The candidate should have strong expertise in ADP GlobalView, with ADP Celegro tool knowledge being a must.

The role involves overseeing global payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations, managing teams, resolving escalations, supporting payroll implementations and transitions, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities : 

• Understand the payroll process and ensure efficient incident resolution.

• Monitor performance, balance workloads, and maintain customer satisfaction.

• Act as an escalation point for risks, issues, and decisions.

• Perform end-to-end quality control activities and process controls.

• Train team members on end-to-end payroll processes and controls.

• Serve as the primary liaison between the payroll teams and customers.

• Prepare monthly SLA metrics, dashboards, and other required reports.

• Oversee payroll operations to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery.

• Support payroll implementation and transition activities.

• Work closely with Business, HR, and IT leaders to resolve operational issues.

• Ensure compliance with applicable payroll laws, tax regulations, and requirements.

Qualifications  : 

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 14–18 years of experience with payroll systems, payroll processing, and/or HRIS platforms.

• Experience with ADP GlobalView and ADP Celegro is required.

• Experience in US, UK, and Middle East payroll processing.

• Global payroll experience across UAE, Saudi Arabia, US, Canada, LATAM, Europe, UK, APAC, and ASEAN regions.

• Experience overseeing mid-size payroll operations and managing teams.

• Payroll implementation and transition experience.

• Strong understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, judgement, and management skills.

• Ability to work effectively with Business, HR, and IT leaders.
