Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Global Payroll Delivery Lead with strong expertise in end-to-end multi-country payroll operations and mandatory knowledge of ADP GlobalView  and ADP Celegro. The role will lead payroll delivery, quality control, compliance, client governance, team performance, and continuous improvement across global regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll delivery across the US, UK, Middle East, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Canada, LATAM, Europe, APAC, and ASEAN regions.

• Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and service quality.

• Manage daily operations, workloads, incident resolution, escalations, and customer satisfaction.

• Act as the primary liaison between payroll teams, clients, HR, IT, and business stakeholders.

• Perform end-to-end quality checks and train team members on payroll controls and procedures.

• Identify and resolve operational risks, issues, and escalations.

• Prepare monthly SLA reports, performance dashboards, and governance presentations.

• Support payroll implementation, transition, and process transformation initiatives.

• Monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement in payroll delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

• 14–18 years of overall experience, with 15+ years of payroll/HRIS experience preferred.

• Mandatory hands-on knowledge of ADP GlobalView and ADP Celegro.

• Strong experience in global, multi-country payroll processing.

• Exposure to US, UK, and Middle East payroll operations.

• Experience managing mid-sized payroll teams and delivery operations.

• Payroll implementation and transition experience.

• Strong understanding of payroll controls, quality assurance, and compliance.

• Excellent communication, analytical, critical-thinking, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Proficiency in payroll reporting, SLA metrics, dashboards, and presentations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Knowledge

Global payroll legislation, tax regulations, statutory requirements, and country-specific compliance.
