Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Finance Analyst – Procure to Pay (PTP) to support end-to-end finance operations, manage stakeholder queries and escalations, ensure process compliance, and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage PTP activities, including procurement, PO processing, invoice processing, invoice resolution, payments, and vendor reconciliations.

• Handle helpdesk queries, client escalations, and stakeholder communications.

• Ensure SOPs are documented, updated, and followed consistently.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly MIS reports for internal leadership.

• Analyze process errors, identify root causes, and recommend improvements.

• Maintain strong controls, accuracy, quality, and adherence to deadlines.

• Support team coordination, cross-training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Use MS Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs, for reporting and analysis.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–8 years of experience in PTP / Finance & Accounting operations, with at least 4 years of relevant experience.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end Procure to Pay processes.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

• Experience in team handling, client escalations, and stakeholder management.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts from the Nagpur location.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, BBA, BCCA, MBA, or a related discipline.
