We are hiring an experienced Lean Practitioner – Utilities Transformation to lead continuous improvement initiatives across Utilities operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma, process transformation, and operational excellence with a proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Lean transformation initiatives across Utilities operations.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and FTE savings.

• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects (DMAIC/Kaizen).

• Conduct process mapping, root cause analysis, and performance improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement automation, digitization, and AI-driven solutions.

• Improve key operational metrics such as Productivity, Quality, CSAT, and Compliance.

• Facilitate Kaizen workshops and continuous improvement programs.

• Prepare transformation roadmaps, reports, and governance updates.

Required Skills:

• 8–10 years of experience in Operations, Transformation, or Lean roles.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt preferred.

• Strong experience in Utilities/BPO operations (Retail, Billing, Collections preferred).

• Expertise in process mapping, RCA, and data analysis.

• Knowledge of Power BI, RPA, or AI-based automation tools.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
