Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee end-to-end finance operations across PTP, OTC, RTR, Payroll, Project Costing, and Treasury. The role involves financial reporting, month-end and quarter-end close, reconciliations, statutory and internal audits, SOX compliance, corporate governance, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all F&A towers, ensuring timely and accurate financial operations.

• Oversee period-end close, book closure, reconciliations, and financial analysis.

• Lead statutory, internal, tax, and transfer-pricing audits.

• Ensure SOX compliance, internal controls, and regulatory reporting.

• Manage global stakeholders, escalations, SLAs, and KPIs.

• Lead, mentor, and manage teams; drive performance and capability development.

• Drive process improvement, transformation, exception management, and BCP readiness.

• Conduct governance meetings and identify cost and operational efficiencies.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12–20 years of core Finance & Accounts experience.

• 10+ years of team-handling experience.

• Strong knowledge of PTP, OTC, RTR, payroll, project costing, and treasury.

• Expertise in financial close, audits, compliance, and stakeholder management.

• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with multiple ERP systems, SLA/KPI management, and process improvement.

• Excellent spoken and written English.

Preferred: CA, CPA, CWA/CMA, Six Sigma Green Belt, KT/transition experience, and BCP exposure.
