Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Payroll (RTR) Lead with strong expertise in Finance & Accounting, Record to Report (R2R), core accounting, month-end close and payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and manage month-end close activities.

• Perform Balance Sheet analysis and complex accounting entries.

• Handle complex journals, including Revenue Recognition.

• Manage payroll-related accounting and open-item resolution.

• Prepare reports, dashboards and daily operational reports.

• Participate in month-close meetings with the retained team.

• Conduct governance calls and manage client interactions.

• Ensure SLA adherence and process compliance.

• Train and guide team members.

• Drive continuous process improvements.

• Work with ERP systems such as Oracle.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in F&A / RTR / R2R.

• Strong knowledge of core and complex accounting.

• Experience in month-end close and Balance Sheet analysis.

• AR experience is required.

• Payroll/RTR process experience preferred.

• Experience with process improvement initiatives.

• Good analytical and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP tools; Oracle preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Good organizational, data-entry and general mathematical skills.

Eligibility

• Candidates must be willing to work 100% from office in Chennai.

• Must be comfortable with night and rotational shifts.

• Ex-TCS employees are not eligible.

• PAN and DOB are required for profile creation.
