Job Description

Hiring: Process Associate – Digital 

Role: Web Chat, Email & Digital Customer Support
Domain: Utilities – Electricity & Gas Customer Service
Location: Kolkata | Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA
Experience: 3–8 years 
Shift: Rotational shifts, including night/graveyard shifts

What You’ll Do:
• Handle international web chat & email customer queries
• Resolve billing, payments, accounts, complaints & service issues
• Manage escalations and retention conversations
• Handle multiple chats with accuracy and excellent TAT
• Follow customer verification, privacy & compliance guidelines
• Maintain accurate CRM/case documentation

Who We’re Looking For:
2–4 years of international digital customer service experience
Excellent written English, grammar & communication
Strong problem-solving, probing & multitasking skills
Utilities experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred

Ex-TCS employees are not eligible.
