About the Role

We are looking for an experienced FP&A professional to drive financial planning, performance management, business partnering, and strategic financial decision-making. The role will have strong ownership of P&L, working capital, forecasting, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive P&L planning, analysis, and performance management.

• Partner with business and functional stakeholders to provide actionable financial insights.

• Lead working capital management and cash-flow forecasting.

• Drive zero-based budgeting (ZBB) and annual operating planning.

• Prepare financial forecasts, variance analysis, and management reports.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify cost optimization and business improvement opportunities.

• Support financial controllership and ensure accuracy of financial information.

• Provide strategic insights to senior leadership for business decision-making.

Experience

10–15 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial planning, business finance, controllership, or related finance functions.
