Job description :

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations & Master Data Management Specialist to maintain accurate employee records across HR, payroll, timekeeping, and benefits systems. The role involves employee lifecycle transactions, data reconciliation, compliance reviews, and coordination with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process employee master data changes, including compensation, job, location, supervisor, and cost centre updates.

• Manage employee lifecycle transactions such as new hires, promotions, transfers, LOA, terminations, and reactivations.

• Reconcile employee data across HR, payroll, and benefits systems.

• Investigate data discrepancies and process necessary corrections.

• Conduct payroll, pay rate, job data, and benefits-related audits.

• Maintain employee personal and banking information.

• Coordinate with Payroll, Benefits, HR, and IT teams to resolve data issues.

• Raise and manage IT service requests related to employee data updates.

Required Skills :

• 3–10 yrs of HR Operations, Payroll Operations, or Order Management experience.

• Strong knowledge of employee master data management.

• Understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.

• Experience with HRIS, payroll, or timekeeping systems.

• Strong data reconciliation and analytical skills.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
