Location: Bangalore

Band: BPO 3 / BPO 4
Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA

Sourcing & Procurement – Team Leader / SME
Education
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3)
Key Skills
- Excellent understanding of Sourcing & Procurement
- Team Leadership experience in Sourcing / Procurement
- Experience managing domestic & international suppliers/customers
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Exposure to Oracle, Coupa & SAP
- Excellent spoken & written communication
- Collaboration & influencing skills
- Strong analytical and result-oriented approach
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 10–15 members, including recruitment, training & attrition management
- Manage daily processes, performance metrics & SLAs
- Initiate process controls, quality plans & risk mitigation initiatives
- Liaise with clients regarding delivery requirements
- Resolve queries from requesters & suppliers
- Handle contract & catalog creation, administration and compliance
- Support category teams with spend consolidation & PO reviews
- Identify and resolve process exceptions
- Drive process improvement
- Ensure strong governance, controls & compliance
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans
