*About The Role:*

We are hiring an FP&A professional for Financial Planning & Analysis, focusing on Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis and Management Reporting.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Manage preparation of company budget and rolling forecasts

- Perform variance analysis - Actuals vs Budget, Actuals vs Forecast (Monthly & Quarterly)

- Drive performance management and forecasting

- Handle Capital & Revenue Expenditure / Capex & Opex

- Project Planning and Accounting

- Monthly accruals and prepayments

- Analyze complex financial information and provide timely recommendations to management

- Support decision making at operational level with area managers & department heads

- Reporting - Internal & External, KPIs/Scorecard, Benchmarking/Variances

- Consolidate and interpret financial results and recommend improvement activities

- Report variances from budget with reasons and corrective actions

- Drive cost efficiency initiatives across the organization

- MIS Reporting

*Skills Required:*

FP&A | Budgeting | Forecasting | Variance Analysis | Capex/Opex | Project Accounting | Accruals & Prepayments | MIS Reporting | KPI Reporting | Financial Analysis

*Qualification:* Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Commerce (MBA/CA Inter preferred as per hiring policy)

*Experience:* Strong hands-on experience in FP&A, Budgeting, Forecasting & MIS
