Job Description

We are hiring experienced Statistical Programmers with strong expertise in SAS programming for clinical research and drug development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and validate ADaM datasets, Tables, Listings, and Figures (TFLs) using SAS.

• Lead statistical programming activities for clinical studies or therapeutic areas.

• Ensure compliance with CDISC standards and regulatory requirements.

• Create documentation for regulatory submissions, including reviewer guides and data definition documents.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Biostatistics, Clinical Data Management, Medical Writing, Regulatory Publishing, and Clinical Operations.

• Mentor junior statistical programmers and support project planning and delivery.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in SAS Programming.

• Strong knowledge of SAS and clinical trial programming.

• Experience with ADaM, SDTM, TFLs, and CDISC standards.

• Good understanding of the drug development lifecycle.

• Experience in regulatory submissions is preferred.

• Knowledge of R programming is an added advantage.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Eligibility

• Graduation is mandatory.

• Preferred educational background: Life Sciences, Computer Science, or Statistics.

• Former TCS employees are not eligible.
