Job Description

WE ARE HIRING – TEAM LEADER (INTERNATIONAL COLLECTIONS)!

Location: Gurugram
Experience: 5–10 Years
Band: BPO 3/4
Work Mode: 100% Work From Office
Shift: 24×7 Rotational Shifts (Night Shifts Included)

  • Client Escalation Handling

  • KPI & SLA Management

  • Team Coaching & Performance Management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor collections teams.

  • Achieve collection targets and KPIs.

  • Handle client escalations and disputes.

  • Monitor team performance and quality.

  • Drive process improvements and efficiency.

Important:
Ex-TCS employees are NOT eligible.
PAN and DOB are mandatory for profile creation.
