Job Summary

We are looking for a Team Member – Talent Acquisition with experience in blue-collar hiring to support our client's HR Operations team. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for plant-level positions, including sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination and timely closure of open requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end blue-collar recruitment for plant locations.

• Source, screen and shortlist candidates based on hiring requirements.

• Coordinate with hiring managers and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

• Manage open positions and ensure timely hiring within agreed service levels.

• Visit ITI institutes to build a pipeline of eligible candidates and conduct recruitment activities.

• Support hiring for NAPS, NATS and temporary workforce requirements.

• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports and hiring data.

• Ensure recruitment activities comply with regulatory guidelines and statutory requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of the blue-collar hiring market.

• Experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, screening and recruitment coordination.

• Ability to manage multiple open positions and hiring priorities.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook and SAP.

• Willingness to travel to ITI institutes for recruitment activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2–3 years of relevant talent acquisition experience.

• Prior experience in blue-collar or plant-level recruitment.

• Experience in NAPS, NATS and temporary workforce hiring is an added advantage.

• Ability to handle diverse and sensitive activities in a customer-facing environment.

Deliver effective, efficient and timely recruitment in accordance with agreed service levels, regulatory guidelines and statutory requirements.
