Job Overview

The Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Analyst will be responsible for reviewing third-party risks, conducting risk assessments, classifying third parties based on risk levels, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable legal/regulatory requirements.

The role involves close collaboration with Procurement and Business stakeholders to support the TPRM process, identify potential risks, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and third-party due diligence.

• Strong knowledge of risk management and third-party risk analysis.

• Experience with supplier due diligence.

• Good understanding of SOC 2 controls and compliance.

• Familiarity with TPRM tools available in the market.

• Experience working with ERP and TPRM tools.

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with international contracts and regulatory requirements is preferred.

• Legal or paralegal certification is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Third-Party Risk Management

• Review and assess third-party risks.

• Conduct impact assessments and assign appropriate risk ratings such as High, Medium, or Low.

• Conduct third-party due diligence and monitor risk mitigation activities.

• Maintain third-party risk databases and repositories.

• Track risk mitigation milestones and ensure timely closure.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure third parties comply with TPRM requirements and internal policies.

• Identify potential risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.

• Support compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with Procurement and Business stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve risk-related issues.

• Support the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies.

• Act as a point of contact for TPRM-related queries.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare reports covering TPRM database status, due diligence, risk levels, and mitigation strategies.

• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and audit trails.

• Ensure TPRM activities are properly documented and available for audit purposes.
