Retail Account - Customer Service Representative
Position: Customer Service Representative – Retail Account
Location: Building A, AyalaLand TechnoHub, Camp John Hay cor. Ordonio Drive, Baguio City 2600
Work Setup: Onsite
Salary Package: Up to ₱19,500 (depending on experience & qualifications)
Qualifications:
- Senior High School (SHS) Graduate with or without experience, OR High School (old curriculum) Graduate with at least 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience (BPO, retail, customer service, or any call handling experience is an advantage)
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Customer-oriented, patient, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work onsite in Baguio City
- Amenable to shifting schedules (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
- Fresh graduates / entry-level applicants are welcome!
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone regarding retail products, orders, deliveries, returns, payments, and promotions
- Assist customers with online shopping concerns, order tracking, product information, and issue resolution
- Process transactions, refunds, exchanges, and order modifications accurately
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional support
- Log all customer interactions in the system and follow company guidelines
- Attend paid training to learn about the retail brand, products, and processes
