POSITION PURPOSE The holder of this role manages and oversees the Employee Engagement and Retention activities of the process. The role also ensures that all HR activities are carried out as planned with no short fall in TAT thereby ensuring the highest levels of employee engagement and employee satisfaction in the process.



• Operations interface - Liaise with the operations head (process owner) from the EE perspective and Attend operations meetings and reviews as and when required



• To effectively manage the Performance Management (ACE) process for the process - Communicate the performance management system, Train the employees on ACE, Drive the ACE system across the process, Liaise with the center HR head and coordinate for the process: ensure TAT and Own the IJP process for the process (Business Unit)



• To mange all Employee Relations and Communications for the center - Drive all HR related communication: ensure TAT, coverage, etc, Provide forums for employees to raise issues / concerns, Provide engagement solutions to address concerns, Participate in the R&R ceremony, ensure it is conducted



• Compliance & Audits - Ensure compliance during client and internal audits for the process, Ensure compliance on all HR activities such payroll, increments, etc and Ensure the background check completion, wherever applicable



• Manage and organize all EE Initiatives and Fun activities in the process - Provide innovative solutions for concerns/challenges in the process, Drive special projects, whenever required and Organize fun activities for the process, periodically



KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS (ESSENTIAL)



• Presentation skills



• Project Management, Organization and controlling ability



• Ability to coach and mentor



• Good interviewing and analyzing skills



• Good interpersonal and employee relations skills



• Ability to work under pressure



• Ability to demonstrate the financial aspects in HR



• Ability to deliver on time and as per specifications



• Ability to manage change



EDUCATIONAL / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (ESSESNTIAL/DESIRED)



• MBA with specialization in Human Resources from an institute of reasonable repute (Essential)



• 4 to 6 years experience in an HR generalist role.



• HR Process expertise



• Working knowledge of labor laws
