Take inbounds calls – Policy servicing (Resolving queries for policies

Make non-financial policy changes) & Claims (Status) of Life products (universal life, whole life and term)

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

· Education – High school graduate or above

· Relevant experience- in international– voice process inbound and Insurance/Healthcare experience

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Exceptional customer service skills, eye for details

Work under pressure and meet performance metrics

Team player, supporting and assisting colleagues whenever possible

Open for feedback and Passionate about their own learning and development
