We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Associate Manager to join our team. As an Accounting Associate Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable function and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the invoicing process, collections, and accounts reconciliation. This role requires strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, and hands-on experience with Paychex and Quickbooks. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in accounts receivable management and at least 5 years of experience as an accounts receivable lead or supervisor.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an accounts receivable lead or supervisor.

Strong knowledge and understanding of collections, invoicing process, and accounts reconciliation.

Proficiency in using Paychex and Quickbooks is essential.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Willingness to work on the night shift and adapt to a hybrid work setup.
