Job Responsibilities:

1. The Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk is responsible for processing (data entry) Purchase Order and Non-Purchase Order invoices using Oracle-Markview/KOFAX workflow systems. Processing must be in accordance with accounting policies and must be firm in complying with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) guidelines.

2. Some document processing includes: all invoices received electronically through various Markview workflow streams; an appropriate volume of invoices meeting production requirements within established timelines.

3. Other tasks involve ensuring accurate Non-Purchase Order invoices data entry, and routing them to correct coder/approver.

4. For OCR related invoices, review invoices, validate accuracy and route to coders for approval.

5. For Purchase Order invoices, one is also expected to perform 3-Way invoice line matching.

6. Overall, it is expected that the A/P Clerk follows all Accounts Payable policies and SOX guidelines on a daily basis.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum Sr. High Graduate; but with Accounting or Accountancy degree is an advantage

2. Experience: 3 years Accounts Payable experience while working for a large company or corporation;

3. Skills: Familiar with using dual monitors; has a proficiency with using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word and have an average of 50WPM Typing for Data Entry (this will be tested); Less than 1% Error is also expected

4. Programs: Oracle or SAP (Oracle Payables experience preferred). Markview / KOFAX experience preferred

5. Softskills: Able to work in a fast-paced production environment; have Clear Verbal and Written Communication skills

Salary Range: 18,000 - 21,000 + 20% Night Differential

Work Type: Onsite

Work Hours: 10PM - 7AM Manila Time
