Location: Aura, Taguig (Onsite)

Shift: Permanent Night Shift (Fixed Weekends Off)

Salary: PHP 100,000 – PHP 105,000

Start Date: July 27

Job Responsibilities:

Process vendor invoices and employee expense claims accurately using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
Perform 3-way matching of Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, and Invoices.
Prepare and execute weekly/monthly vendor payment runs.
Assist with month-end closing activities, including AP accruals, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, audit standards, and local tax regulations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking vendors, handling payment inquiries and resolving invoice discrepancies.
Coordinate with Procurement and Receiving teams to resolve billing and payment issues.
Translate AP-related documents and communications between Mandarin and English as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), or General Accounting.
Business-level proficiency in Mandarin (HSK Level 6 or HSK Level 5 preferred; strong HSK Level 4 may be considered).
Business-level English communication skills.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Familiarity with Mandarin business etiquette and corporate communication.
Experience in a Shared Services Center (SSC) or BPO is an advantage.
Knowledge of China's Value-Added Tax (VAT) is a plus.
Must be willing to work onsite in Aura, Taguig on a permanent night shift.
