The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Training & Development Associate Manager with strong AML / Transaction Monitoring expertise to lead training operations, trainer development and capability-building initiatives within a regulatory compliance environment.

What You’ll Do

Lead and manage the training team and day-to-day training operations.
Oversee coaching, training, mentoring and domain capability development.
Ensure trainers maintain strong technical, domain and compliance knowledge.
Develop training plans, content, processes and talent frameworks for new businesses.
Manage training reporting, calibration and knowledge transfer.
Lead weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews.
Assess training needs and measure training effectiveness.
Drive consistency and calibration across trainers and projects.
Partner with Operations to improve performance, motivation and teamwork.
Collaborate with clients, vendors, stakeholders and other project teams.
Support mobilization and solution initiatives when required.

What We’re Looking For

7–8 years of relevant Training & Development experience.
5+ years of supervisory/people management experience.
Hands-on experience in Training & Development within Regulatory Compliance.
Strong domain experience in AML or Transaction Monitoring – mandatory.
Experience managing training operations, reporting and stakeholder relationships.
Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
