About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Application Lead – Microsoft Azure PaaS to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise cloud applications. In this role, you will serve as the primary technical lead, driving Azure-based application initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and configuration of Microsoft Azure PaaS applications.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for project delivery.
Collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders to deliver enterprise cloud solutions.
Provide technical leadership and guide development teams.
Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Azure applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
Promote Azure best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS.
Strong experience developing and deploying applications on Microsoft Azure.
Deep knowledge of Azure PaaS services and cloud architecture.
Experience with Microsoft Azure Administration.
Knowledge of Managed Azure Security Services.
Strong understanding of cloud computing principles.
Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
