About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer – Microsoft Intune Technology Architect to lead enterprise endpoint management and modern workplace solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), Microsoft 365, and cloud-native device management.
You will play a key role in designing scalable endpoint management solutions, driving modern device deployment strategies, and supporting enterprise-wide Microsoft Intune environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement enterprise Microsoft Intune architecture.
Lead cloud-native endpoint management initiatives.
Design Zero-Touch device provisioning solutions using Microsoft Intune.
Develop Microsoft Endpoint Manager tenant architecture and governance.
Plan and execute SCCM/MECM migration and modernization strategies.
Create application packaging, deployment, testing, and update procedures.
Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements.
Provide technical leadership, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise endpoint solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of Microsoft Intune experience.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), and Microsoft 365.
Experience designing enterprise endpoint management solutions.
Strong knowledge of cloud-native management and endpoint security.
Experience troubleshooting enterprise application support issues.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
