Responsibilities
• Supporting the AMOS team to ensure ad hoc and planned service works are scheduled in a safe and timely manner.
• Raising purchase orders for contractors and vendors against correct service cases.
• Quoting and invoicing customers for unplanned service works and repairs.
• Arrange onsite inductions through portals like Rapid Global
• Create a Service NetSuite Case
• Engage an appropriate local contractor
• Support the AMOS team to arrange inductions and safety documentation for contractors with prior customer access permissions for any on-site service work.
• Invoicing vendors for warranty claim as required.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in an administrative role, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
• Highly organized and experienced in using the Microsoft Office Package, Oracle NetSuite (must)
• Strong stakeholder management capability, including demonstrated customer focus essential.
