Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to take end-to-end ownership of asset management processes, ensuring smooth operations and driving organisational success in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in infrastructure projects within the banking sector, with a focus on strategic planning, stakeholder management, and compliance.

Location: BGC Taguig or Makati

Shift: Night Shift / Shifting (flexibility required)

Work Setup: RTWO / Hybrid

Salary Range: PHP 130,000 - 150,000 (based on experience)

Experience Level: 8-10 years

Must-Have Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on experience in asset management for infrastructure projects in the banking domain.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proven experience managing CMDB tools.

Expertise in asset lifecycle management, inventory and documentation, software license management, vendor and contract management, compliance, and risk management.

Demonstrated skills in strategic planning and stakeholder management.

Required Technical Skills

Proficiency in Unix and SQL.

Good-to-Have

CITAM Certification.

Additional Requirements

Willingness to work in Taguig or Makati.

Stable employment history (no frequent job changes of less than 1 year per role).

Key Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end ownership of the asset management process.

Leverage experience with CMDB tools to support operations.

Manage stakeholders effectively to align on goals and deliverables.

Drive operational excellence and contribute to organisational success.
