Job Title: Assistant Manager, Clinical Process Training
Location: Mall of Asia (MOA)
Salary:
- PHRN: Up to PHP 60,000 base salary
- USRN: Up to PHP 105,000 base salary
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for clinical processes in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Train and mentor clinical staff to ensure compliance with established protocols and standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and design effective learning solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary to optimize learning outcomes.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clinical teams to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in clinical process training.
- Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and address any concerns.
Requirements:
- Active PHRN/USRN license is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and leadership roles, preferably in a clinical setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
- Flexibility to start immediately.
