Job Title: Assistant Manager (MET)

Location: Alabang

Salary Range: PHP 45,000 - 50,000

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the Money Exchange and Transfer (MET) department.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.

Oversee MET transactions and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise.

Monitor MET performance metrics and implement measures to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Train and mentor MET staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve customer experience.

Provide support to the MET Manager as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of banking and financial experience.

Amenable to onsite work setup in Alabang.

Ability to start immediately.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred but not required.
