Job Title: Assistant Manager (PHRN)
Location: CEBU
Salary Range: PHP 30,000 - 40,000
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and overseeing day-to-day operations within the healthcare facility.
- Provide support and guidance to nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist in training and mentoring new staff members, providing ongoing support and feedback.
- Serve as a resource for nursing staff, addressing their concerns and providing guidance as needed.
- Assist in conducting performance evaluations and implementing performance improvement initiatives.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to discuss patient care plans and address any issues or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to patient care activities and staff performance.
Requirements:
- Active PHRN license is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a support role (Team Lead, QA, Trainer, etc.) within a healthcare setting.
- Minimum of 1 year of bedside experience.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Flexibility to start immediately.
