Job title: Assistant Manager

Qualifications:
• Undergraduate/College Graduate
• 4-6 years experience as a Team Lead in any voice LOBs (preferably in retail domain) in a BPO/ call center environment is required.
• No Team Leader experience for at least 4 years in a BPO will be rejected.
• Open for local or Filipino applicants only
• Not a job hopper
• Must not be a present or former employee of Wipro
Recruitment Process:
