Your Day-to-Day:
· Lead and mentor a team of Asset Engineers, overseeing remote system investigations and performance analysis.
· Monitor solar PV systems via advanced platforms (e.g., VCOM, NetSuite) to identify issues, defects, and optimization opportunities.
· Troubleshoot system faults and coordinate timely resolutions.
· Manage service inquiries, warranty claims, and supplier engagement for technical support and replacement parts.
· Oversee the creation of service orders, bills of materials, and accurate documentation in NetSuite.
· Generate and present performance reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) to clients and stakeholders.
· Collaborate with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to deliver operational excellence.
· Ensure compliance with O&M contracts, inspections, and regulatory requirements (including LGC submissions).
What We Are Looking For:
· A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
· With BPO experience preferred
· 5+ years’ relevant experience in solar asset management, performance engineering, or O&M.
· 2–3 years of relevant managerial or supervisory experience
·At least 1 year of experience in the solar energy industry (local or onshore)
·Knowledge of monitoring tools
· Knowledge of solar PV systems, monitoring platforms (e.g., VCOM, SCADA), and performance analysis tools (e.g., PVsyst, NetSuite).
· With solar industry experience, operations and maintenance. Knows how the solar asset works.
· Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, manage service cases, and oversee reporting requirements.
· Should have People management and client management skills
· Knowledgeable of Solar performance monitoring platforms
· Good communication skills and strong stakeholder management skills, with
experience liaising across suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
· Leadership experience in managing technical teams is an advantage.
· Willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City, and amenable to a shifting
schedule.
· Must not be a former or present employee of Tech Mahindra
· Should not be a job hopper who only works for less than a year per company
· Must be a Filipino and a resident of the country
· Requires a candidate with recent and relevant experience. This is a must—if the candidate does not have recent and relevant experience, they will be automatically rejected.
