The Assistant Manager - SQL Development is responsible for ensuring the efficient design, implementation, and optimization of database solutions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, developing and maintaining complex SQL queries and stored procedures, and ensuring the integrity and

performance of databases. The role requires providing technical expertise, offering

mentorship to colleagues, and actively participating in the evolution of database systems.

Effective communication skills are crucial for interaction with stakeholders, and a proactive approach is essential for instigating continuous improvement in SQL development processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the independent design, implementation, and optimization of robust

database solutions, ensuring their efficiency and adherence to organizational

standards.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to comprehend and translate complex

business requirements into effective SQL queries, stored procedures, and database

structures.

• Execute performance tuning activities, utilizing advanced SQL techniques to enhance

database responsiveness and overall system efficiency.

• Take ownership of troubleshooting and resolving database-related issues promptly,

ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

• Provide technical leadership by offering guidance and mentorship to team members,

fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

• Independently manage and execute SQL development tasks, demonstrating a high

level of proficiency in handling database-related challenges.

Preferred Work Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SQL development, database design,

and optimization, with a proven track record of independently managing and

enhancing database solutions.
