Job Title: Associate Business Analyst (End User Analytics)

Work Location: ADB Office Mandaluyong

Shift: Day shift (8am – 5pm)

Work Set-up: Hybrid (3x reporting on site per week)

Salary range: 65,000 - 70,000

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Associate Business Analyst (End User Analytics) will be responsible for providing operational and analytical support for planning and governance activities under the Change, Communications, and Capability (C3) function.

This includes support for departmental/organizational initiatives and reporting requirements.

SCOPE OF WORK/RESPONSIBILITY:

Specific tasks and service requirements required on a daily basis.

• Collaborate with change managers, product managers, and business units to understand their reporting needs.

• Identify key metrics for evaluating the success of change initiatives across the organization.

• Prepare and gather data from various sources that will be used for end user analytics.

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for monitoring the effectiveness of change campaigns.

• Perform data analysis to identify trends and insights that can inform change management decisions.

• Apply data storytelling techniques to present change progress in a way that resonates with stakeholders and sponsors.

• Provide support and guidance to users on how to access and interpret reports.

• Engage with internal stakeholders to align analytics outputs with strategic objectives and benefits realization.

• Support internal team governance by developing and evolving KPI reports and management workspaces.

• Support analytics and reporting requirements for the corporate results framework, digital capability development, and skills uplifting.

• Drive continuous improvement and automation of internal reporting processes and governance apps/tools..

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• At least 6 years of relevant professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or a similar role

• Proficiency in SQL, data visualization, and automation tools (e.g. Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.)

• Experience in designing, developing, and deploying reporting solutions using Microsoft Power BI

• Strong expertise in Power BI.

• Experience in SQL, Excel and ETL tools.

• Knowledge of Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

DATA ANALYSIS:

• Experience integrating banking systems with third-party applications.

• Understanding of Loan IQ or similar loan management platforms.

• Knowledge of financial transaction processing and compliance.

• Ability to work with secure authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, etc.).

SOFT SKILLS:

• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical abilities.

• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

• Familiarity in working with IT governance or change management is an advantage.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly regulated financial environment.

• Experience working in multilateral or development institutions is desirable.

• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

OTHERS:

• Should be amenable to work on a hybrid set up in Mandaluyong

REPORTING AND COORDINATION:

• The Business Analyst (End User Analytics) will take instructions from the assigned Manager at ADB and will work closely with the project/product teams, Technical and Business SMEs, internal and external stakeholders.

• Weekly status reports and technical updates will be provided.

• Compliance with the bank’s security, risk, and regulatory guidelines is mandatory

WORK ARRANGEMENT

• Work arrangement discussion and an opportunity for the candidate to ask questions

• Hybrid, requiring employees to report onsite at least once a week. If the user unit requires contractors to report to HQ, compliance is mandatory.

• Work Schedule is from 8:00AM – 5:00PM Manila Time..
