Job Title: Associate IT Analyst (Software License and IT End User)

Location: ADB Office Mandaluyong

Shift: Day shift (8am – 5pm)

Work Set-up: Hybrid (3x reporting onsite per week)

Salary: 75,000

About the Role:

The Associate IT Analyst will monitor and update software licenses, manage IT end-user hardware assets, and optimize IT asset management processes. This role involves tracking software entitlements, conducting periodic reconciliations, and working with IT stakeholders to minimize compliance risks and achieve cost savings.

Responsibilities:

Act as an IT asset management process owner focused on software and end-user hardware assets.

Maintain software license register and asset inventory.

Collaborate on software RFPs, manage vendor relationships, and monitor license utilization.

Support software and hardware lifecycle planning, contract renewals, and cost-saving initiatives.

Facilitate asset inventory tracking and reconciliation using tools like ServiceNow.

Improve IT asset management processes and perform audits.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, or related field.

5+ years of IT asset management experience.

Strong skills in software license monitoring, data analysis, and technical documentation.

Experience with asset management tools and licensing agreements.

IAITAM certification is a plus.

This role offers a hybrid work setup, with occasional onsite meetings.
