Job Opportunity: Automation Quality Analyst
Location: Alabang, Philippines
Position: Automation Quality Analyst
Work Schedule: 3 days/week onsite, mid-shift
Salary Range: PHP 50-70,000
Your Role:
- Design and develop automated tests using Selenium WebDriver and other tools.
- Participate in architecture/design reviews, emphasizing test automation strategy.
- Create and enhance test automation frameworks and suites.
- Translate business requirements into automated test cases.
- Review automated test scripts, provide inputs for process improvement.
- Apply knowledge and experience to routine situations, ensuring system release conformity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or College degree in relevant fields.
- 2+ years in Manual QA, 5+ years in Automation QA.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, C, C# and shell scripting.
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver, WebDriverIO, API Testing.
- Knowledge of testing types, automation frameworks, and databases.
- In-depth understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and test design techniques.
- Exposure to manufacturing, distribution, and financial operations is a plus.
- Leadership experience in QA for small to medium-sized projects.
- ISTQB Testing Certification is a plus.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility in schedules, readiness to travel, and onsite work commitment.
