Work Set-Up: 3 days/week onsite, mid-shift

Location: Alabang

Experience: 5+ years

Responsibilities:

Design and develop automated tests using tools like Selenium WebDriver, emphasizing excellent coding standards.

Participate in architecture/design reviews, ensuring adherence to automation strategy.

Create and enhance test automation frameworks and suites.

Translate business requirements into automated test cases.

Ensure system releases align with customer and development requirements.

Review automated test scripts and reports, providing constructive feedback.

Contribute valuable insights to improve processes within the client.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or College degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

2+ years of Manual Quality Assurance/testing experience.

5+ years of Automation Quality Assurance experience.

Proficiency in programming languages (Java, JavaScript, C, C#) and shell scripting.

Experience with Selenium-based WebDriver (specifically WebDriverIO) and back-end (API Testing).

Knowledge of different testing types, test automation frameworks, and database technologies.

In-depth understanding of Test Design Techniques, QA methodologies, and SDLC.

Exposure to business operations related to manufacturing, distribution, and financial operations is an advantage.

Leadership experience in leading a QA team in small to medium-sized projects.

ISTQB Testing Certification is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented.

Good time management and organizational skills.

Flexibility in shifting schedules and extended working hours.

Readiness to travel to other sites.

Comfortable working onsite in Alabang 3 days a week on either morning or mid-shift.
