Job Title: Back Office Team Leader

Account: Financial

Work set up: 100% onsite in Taguig

Work shift: Night shift

Salary budget: PHP 85,000 (plus 1 month basic salary joining bonus)

Experience: 2 years

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience is required in supporting wealth management, insurance, or financial services clients/accounts.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably in a high-volume call center environment focused on customer service delivery, is a must.

• Bachelor’s Degree (finance-related course preferred).

• Good communication skills.

• Willingness to work on a night-shift schedule.

• Full commitment to 100% onsite work.

• Flexibility to be assigned in McKinley, Taguig.

Years of experience in wealth management, insurance, or financial services for clients/accounts.
