Job Description: Banking Customer Service Representative (Voice Account)
Position: Banking Customer Service Representative – Voice Account
Work Setup: Onsite

Job Summary
We are looking for customer-focused and motivated individuals to join our Banking and Financial Services voice account. The role involves assisting customers with banking-related inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional phone support.
Qualifications
High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate
With at least 3 months BPO experience
Good English communication skills
Willing to work onsite
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if needed
Basic computer navigation skills
Customer service-oriented and able to handle concerns professionally
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls for banking clients
Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, billing concerns, and other banking-related concerns
Provide accurate information and solutions based on company guidelines
Maintain professionalism and empathy during customer interactions
Document customer concerns and resolutions properly in the system
Meet quality standards and performance metrics
