*About the Role:*

We are urgently hiring 20 Thai Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a premium Work From Home account. This is a high-paying opportunity offering up to PHP 110K package for qualified Thai speakers.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle customer inquiries in Thai and English via phone, chat, and email

- Assist customers with account, billing, and service-related requests

- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently

- Document customer interactions accurately and meet quality targets

- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

*Qualifications:*

- Fluent in Thai language, both spoken and written - Required

- Good to excellent English communication skills

- With or without BPO experience - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

- Collections / O2C experience is an advantage but not required

- Must be eligible to work in the Philippines - valid work visa / TRV / ACR accepted

- Willing to work shifting / night shift schedule in WFH setup

- Available to start ASAP
