Bilingual Service Desk Analyst - Dutch & French - Onsite Taguig

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a bilingual Service Desk Analyst fluent in Dutch and French to join our team in McKinley Hill, Taguig. You will provide technical support and excellent customer service to international clients.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for end-users

- Handle incidents, service requests, and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat

- Log tickets accurately and resolve or escalate issues as needed

- Ensure high customer satisfaction and meet SLA targets

- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex technical issues

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Fluent in Dutch and French (speak, read, and write) - required

- At least 2 years of experience in Technical Support / Service Desk / IT Help Desk

- Strong background in technical troubleshooting

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Willing to work 100% onsite in McKinley Hill, Taguig - shifting schedule

- Stable work history, not a frequent job hopper

- Must not be a present or former employee of CGI

- PRV/TRV holders preferred, but client can process working visa
