*About the Role:*

We are hiring 20 Thai Speaking Agents for a premium WFH opportunity. High pay for Thai language skills - up to 110K package!

*Responsibilities:*

- Handle customer inquiries in Thai and English via phone, chat, and email

- Assist with account, billing, and service-related requests

- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently

- Document customer interactions accurately and meet quality targets

- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

*Qualifications:*

- Fluent in Thai, spoken and written - REQUIRED

- Good to excellent English communication skills

- With or without BPO experience, fresh graduates are welcome

- Collections / O2C experience is a plus but not required

- Must be eligible to work in the Philippines - valid work visa / TRV / ACR accepted

- Willing to work shifting / night shift schedule in WFH setup

- Can start ASAP
