Hiring: BPO Customer Support Executive (Telecom)
Position: Customer Support Executive – Telecom
Location: (Taguig / Work-from-Office)

About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our telecom support team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve queries and ensuring a great experience with our telecom services.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls and support tickets
Assist customers with billing, service activation, plan changes, technical issues
Provide accurate information about products, offers, and network issues
Troubleshoot basic connectivity and device problems
Log and track customer interactions using CRM systems
Ensure quick and satisfactory resolution of customer concerns
Escalate complex issues to the relevant department
Who We’re Looking For
Excellent communication in English (additional languages a plus)
Strong listening skills and patience
Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM tools
Friendly, professional, and solution-oriented attitude
Ability to work shifts (if required)
Qualifications
• Completed 2 years in College | NO Back subject/s
• READY TOR/Diploma and SSS Employment History
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Prior BPO experience in telecom or customer support is a plus (but not mandatory)
